SMS Terms & Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This policy covers text messages sent by Dunoz Micro International through its FlowSprint service, on behalf of the home-services businesses that use it. It is separate from, and additional to, any policy of the business you called.

Who is messaging you?

Messages identify the business you telephoned, for example a dental practice, a salon, or a plumbing company. Dunoz Micro International delivers them on behalf of that business.

How you came to be messaged

You receive a message only after you place a telephone call to a business that uses FlowSprint. If that call is not answered, we send a text back to the number you called from so you can describe the problem and book a visit, rather than waiting for a callback.

Calling the business is what establishes consent. We do not message numbers that have not called the business. We do not buy, rent, share, or sell phone numbers, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message. Messaging ends immediately and permanently for that number. You do not need to explain, and you will not be asked to reconsider.

Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@dunozmicro.com.

Replying STOP does not cancel an appointment you have already booked. Telephone the business directly to change or cancel a visit.

How many messages to expect

Booking an appointment usually takes three to six messages. After the visit,t you may receive an invoice, one request for feedback, and one check-in confirming the work held. Message frequency varies with the conversation.

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.

What we collect

  • The telephone number you called from
  • Your name and service address, if you provide them
  • Your description of the problem
  • The appointment booked, and which technician is assigned
  • The content of the text conversation
  • Whether each message was delivered

We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or medical information.

How it is used

Only to schedule, complete,e and follow up on your service appointment, not for advertising, and not for building a profile of you.

Who it is shared with

  • The business you called, which needs it to do the work.
  • Twilio, our messaging provider, to deliver the messages.
  • Anthropic, whose AI service helps draft replies during the conversation.

Your information is not sold or shared for advertising or with data brokers.

Automated messaging

Replies are drafted with the help of an AI assistant. It operates within limits set by the business: it cannot quote repair prices, cannot diagnose your equipment, and can only offer genuinely available appointment times. If you ask to speak to a person, or if anything you describe sounds unsafe, the conversation is handed to a human straight away.

Safety

If you report a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, smoke, sparks, or an electric shock, the system stops trying to book anything, sends a brief safety instruction, and alerts a person at the business. In an emergency, leave the building and call 911.

How long it is kept

Conversation and appointment records are retained while you remain a customer of the business and for a reasonable period afterward for warranty and service history. To request deletion, email support@dunozmicro.com from, or referencing, the number that was messaged.

California residents

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. Contact support@dunozmicro.com.

If this policy changes materially, the revised date above will be updated.
