FlowSprint Appointment Messaging
FlowSprint is a service of Dunoz Micro International. It builds appointment-booking automation for businesses whose revenue depends on answering the phone: dental practices, salons, estate agencies, veterinary clinics, and the home-services trades.
The problem it solves
Nobody can answer the phone and serve the customer in front of them at the same time. The caller rarely leaves a message; they dial the next listing. Those unanswered calls are the single largest source of lost work for a small service company.
FlowSprint catches them. When a call to a client business goes unanswered, the system sends one text message back to the caller, identifying the business. The caller says what they need, is offered appointment times based on the business’s actual availability, and receives written confirmation. Nobody at the business has to pick up.
How the messaging works
Every message FlowSprint sends is a reply to a phone call the consumer placed to the business.
- Consent is established when the consumer calls the business’s published number.
- The reply is delivered only to the number the consumer called from.
- No message is ever sent to a number that has not contacted the business first.
- No purchased lists, no rented lists, no promotional campaigns.
- Replying STOP ends all messages immediately.
A typical booking takes three to six messages. After the visit, the customer receives an invoice, a request for feedback, and one check-in to confirm the repair was held. If a customer replies at any point, the automated sequence stops, and a person takes over.
Safety comes before booking.
Some calls involve danger. On a plumbing, heating, or electrical line, if a caller mentions a gas smell, a carbon monoxide alarm, smoke, sparks, or an electric shock, FlowSprint stops trying to book anything, sends a brief safety instruction, and immediately pages a human at the business. Each trade gets the limits that apply to it.
Who it is for
Appointment-led businesses in the United States, typically small enough that nobody sits by the phone all day, but busy enough that calls get missed.
Automated assistance
Replies are drafted with the help of an AI assistant, working within limits set by the business: it may not quote prices, may not give clinical or technical advice, and may only offer genuinely open appointment times. Anything outside those limits is handed to a person.
