Lead Leakage Audit – SMS Terms & Privacy Policy

This policy covers text messages sent by Dunoz Micro International to people who request a free Lead Leakage Audit or otherwise ask us to contact them. These messages come from Dunoz Micro International. It is separate from FlowSprint, our on-behalf appointment-messaging service, which has its own policy.
Who is messaging you
Messages are sent by Dunoz Micro International (dunozmicro.com). You receive them only after you ask us to contact you.
How you opted in
You receive texts from us after you submit the Lead Leakage Audit request form on our website and check the box agreeing to receive text messages at the number you provide, or after you give us your number and ask us to text you. We do not text people who have not asked to hear from us. We do not buy, rent, share, or sell phone numbers, and we do not send promotional or marketing messages.
What we send
We reply to your request, send the results of your free audit, and help you schedule and confirm a consultation call. It is a conversation, so message frequency varies, usually a handful of messages, up to about 6 per request.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

What we collect and how we use it
- Your name and business name
- The mobile number you provide
- Your website and a description of your follow-up problem
- The content of the text conversation
- Whether each message was delivered
We use this only to respond to your request, deliver your audit, and schedule a consultation, not for advertising and not to build a profile of you.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share it only with Twilio, our messaging provider, to deliver the messages, and, where used to help draft replies, Anthropic’s AI service. Your information is not sold or shared with data brokers or for advertising.
